Kamalanagar: A representative from Chakma District Youth Congress Committee (CDYCC) and NSUI CADC submitted a petition to the Executive Secretary, Chakma Autonomous District Council on 14th Dec., 2021 to object the illegal advertisement *No. A.12032/1/2009-2010/CADC (G)/Pra-1/476 dated 22nd Nov, 202* for filling up the different posts of *Group B (Non-Gazetted), C & D* under various departments in CADC.
As per the Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959 No. 31 of 1959, the Government should notify the advertisement prior to 15 days. However, CADC Govt. led by MNF has illegally hidden the notification for more than

20 days from 22 Nov. to 12 Dec. and it came to the public notice only after it went viral on social media platforms in the evening of 13th Dec, 2021. The ruling MNF government is doing nothing but robing the youth’s future.
Recently, the Government has made several illegal appointments of which 34 posts have come to public domain that is *Surveyors (18 post), Foresters (8 post) and Forest Guard (8 post)* which is not only illegal but frightening and disastrous and direct insult to the competent and abled youths of the community who aspires to join the service and serve the community based on merit.
The delegation further highlighted that many eligible aspirants who reside outside the Hqrs. of CADC will face grave difficulties as the notification was not widely circulated on time bound manner. The ideology of the ruling MNF government is deep rooted in nepotism and favouritism and the same is self-evident from their crooked scheme of Voluntary Retirement Scheme, which is against the facet of the fundamental rights enshrined under the Constitution of India.
Thus, CDYCC & NSUI demands to immediately recall all the illegal appointments made in the post of Surveyors, Foresters, Forest Guard and several other previous illegal appointments. And it further demands to roll back the recent notification made against the post of Group B (Non-Gazetted), C & D under different departments of CADC and issue fresh notification (advertisement) as per Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959 thereby allowing the aspiring youths to receive equal opportunity and level playing field.
