Certificate of Appreciation presented to Dr Lal Thanhawla

The Chakma District Congress Committee appreciates the outgoing President of Mizoram Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) Dr Lal Thanhawla for his selfless service to the Congress Party as well as the people of Mizoram. Under his able leadership the Chakma Autonomous District Council (CADC) has progressed a lot and the contribution made by him for the Chakma community in particular and minorities of Mizoram in general is immensely appreciated and will always be remembered.
