CONDOLENCE MESSAGE

I am deeply pained and in profound sorrow to learn about the sad news of the demise of Dangu Surath Kumar Chakma (Retd. MCS) & Former Executive Secretary, CADC.

He was suffering from COVID-19 and breathed his last on 15th May, 2021 at Trulife Mahabodhi Hospital in Bangalore.

He was also a former Chief Organiser of the Chakma District Congress Committee (CDCC) from 2007-2014. During his tenure as a Chief Organiser, he fulfilled all the responsibilities and duties bestowed upon him with utmost seriousness and dedication. His sudden death is a great loss not just for the CDCC, but for the entire Chakma Community.

On behalf of the Chakma District Congress Committee (CDCC), as well as personally, I take this opportunity to convey my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and pray for strength and courage to bear this great loss.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
